Delivers consultation and education to staff, other agencies, and the community. Meets with individuals primarily in a therapy office setting with occasional home and community-based outreach.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy as applicable, as well as case management services, to clients for a percentage of time per week as appropriate for position and as directed by supervisor</li><li>Completes all treatment plans, Adult Needs and Strength Assessments (ANSA), and Case Management Care Plans (CMCP) by due date listed in EMR</li><li>Completes all Quarterly Reviews within a two-week window of the end date of the quarter being reviewed. &nbsp;Completes all other documentation within 3 business days (with first day being date of service/completion)</li><li>Communicates professionally and effectively with colleagues, collateral contacts, supervisors, etc. regarding client care</li><li>Prepares for and attends meetings, including team meetings (1x weekly), therapists' meeting (1x weekly), department meetings (monthly), supervision meetings (1x weekly), etc</li><li>Manages and responds to email, voicemail, etc. in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned</li></ul>",
