This role requires a unique blend of nautical experience, meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to world-class hospitality, and a proactive willingness to support all areas of our operations.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Your primary function will be to maintain the exterior and interior of our fleet to pristine, charter-ready standards—including washing, polishing, detailing, teak care, and stainless steel maintenance. Ensuring the Interior is of first-class standard.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Guest Service:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Deliver gracious, attentive service to guests and assist with other customer activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">The Wider Fleet:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Providing support for the company fleet, including our self-drive boats.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">This means assisting with quick and efficient cleaning and turnover, fuelling, and maintenance checks of smaller vessels between client charters, ensuring they are always presented perfectly.
