Market-competitive compensation, global exposure, and a vibrant, creativity-fueled work atmosphere.   What you will do Design and develop core features of the Plaud App with a strong focus on functionality, performance, reliability, and user experience, leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve development efficiency and code quality. Build, maintain, and optimize software–hardware connectivity and data transmission flows between mobile applications and physical devices, ensuring robustness and scalability. Implement and optimize data interactions across the mobile app, hardware devices, firmware, and backend systems, applying AI-assisted analysis and automation to improve stability and performance. Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, backend, product, and design teams to deliver end-to-end features and ensure seamless integration across the system. Contribute to technical design, code quality, and long-term maintainability of the codebase, while proactively exploring and adopting AI-driven practices to enhance engineering productivity.   Skills, qualifications and experience we look for Solid experience in mobile application development, with strong coding fundamentals and system design capabilities across complex feature areas. Strong background in mobile app development on iOS, Android, or Flutter-based cross-platform solutions, with a deep understanding of platform-specific constraints and best practices. Proven experience building and maintaining software–hardware connectivity and data interaction layers, such as BLE, Wi-Fi, and custom device communication protocols. Strong ability to debug, optimize, and maintain complex, multi-component systems spanning mobile apps, devices, firmware, and backend services.
