This helps to ensure that a child&#39;s services are not disrupted due to transportation or family scheduling concerns.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"display:block;font-size:16px;\"><strong>What You&#39;ll Do</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Provide biopsychosocial assessment and case management services as appropriate for children and youth who are ReDiscover clients.</li>\r\n\t<li>Manage a caseload of 20-25 clients with diverse backgrounds and clinical needs.</li>\r\n\t<li>Assess children and families accurately and completely using all the diagnostic tools required.</li>\r\n\t<li>Develop treatment plans that match the needs of the child/family/community and works toward meeting goals of the treatment plan.</li>\r\n\t<li>Follows through with all tasks and interventions that are identified by all parties involved</li>\r\n\t<li>Integrates service provision to all parties to address the needs of the client.</li>\r\n\t<li>Demonstrates clinically sound judgment and seeks appropriate supervision and/or training for difficult or hard to serve clients</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintains clear concise communication that is timely and accurate with all parties to the service provision.</li>\r\n\t<li>Meets with clients/families within the timeframes established by the program.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><br />\r\n<span style=\"display:block;font-size:16px;\"><strong>Requirements of the Position&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of clients enrolled in the program.</li>\r\n\t<li>Master&rsquo;s or Doctorate Degree in a social science field (as defined by the Department of Mental Health).</li>\r\n\t<li>Preferred active provisional licensure in Missouri (PLPC, LMSW, or MFT).</li>\r\n\t<li>The ability to work with all persons with multiple challenges (mental illness, substance abuse, physical challenges, developmental disabilities, etc.).</li>\r\n\t<li>A valid automobile operator&rsquo;s license, vehicle and state minimum require automobile coverage is required.</li>\r\n\t<li>At least two (2) years clinical experience in a direct service provision to children and adolescents in a mental health setting preferred.</li>\r\n\t<li>Knowledge of the community resources as well as health and social service systems in the Kansas City metro area and skill in establishing working relationships with community partners preferred.</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus.</li>\r\n\t<li>Strong&nbsp;written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.</li>\r\n\t<li>Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as GSuite.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"display:block;font-size:16px;\"><strong>Grow With Us</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p>We&rsquo;re committed to your professional development and will support your growth as a Children&#39;s Qualified Mental Health Professional through training, collaboration, and meaningful work.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Ready to join a team that&rsquo;s passionate about people?
