    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Position Overview: &nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Admissions &amp; Marketing Operations Director provides leadership and oversight of the Admissions Department while managing digital marketing operations and reporting systems. This role ensures admissions processes are efficient, compliant, and patient-centered while also optimizing marketing performance, third-party vendor management, and data-driven decision-making.</p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare admissions, business development, or marketing operations.&nbsp;</p><p>Knowledge and Training required at time of hire:</p><p>Strong knowledge of BSAS and Joint Commission requirements.&nbsp;</p><p>Experience with Kipu, Salesforce (or similar CRM), CTM, and digital marketing platforms.&nbsp;</p><p>Proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and analyze complex data sets.&nbsp;</p><p>Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Specific responsibilities:</strong></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><u>Admissions Leadership&nbsp;</u></p><p>&bull; Manage the Admissions Team, conducting bi-weekly supervisions and evaluations in compliance with BSAS requirements.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Provide call coaching and training on breaking down barriers, gaining commitment, and improving conversions.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Deliver monthly team trainings to inspire, upskill, and support staff performance.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Lead interdepartmental collaboration with nursing, case management, and clinical teams.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Oversee hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of admissions staff, including on-call and holiday coverage.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ensure admissions documentation is accurate and compliant in Kipu, CTM, and Dazos systems.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Review red flags on assessments, escalating to medical teams as needed.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Manage case mix, insurance authorizations, deductibles, and DNR lists.&nbsp;</p><p><u>Census &amp; Operational Oversight&nbsp;</u></p><p>&bull; Ensure accurate and timely census reporting and attend daily flash meetings.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Monitor incoming admissions and coordinate follow-ups with treatment advocates, alumni programs, and clinical teams.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Process payroll for Admissions staff and maintain staffing schedules.&nbsp;</p><p><u>Marketing &amp; System Management&nbsp;</u></p><p>&bull; Manage third-party digital administrators for Google Ads, Salesforce, CTM, and Dazos.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Coordinate weekly/bi-weekly calls with digital vendors and provide recommendations for campaign adjustments.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Track and analyze call data and lead performance, ensuring adequate admissions coverage for all incoming calls.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Identify operational efficiencies and implement process improvements to increase admissions conversions.&nbsp;</p><p><u>Reporting &amp; Analytics&nbsp;</u></p><p>&bull; Provide owners and leadership with weekly and monthly reports on admissions, referral sources, lead sources, discharges, and campaign performance.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ensure CRM data integrity and accurate documentation across all systems.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Report on call answering rates, admissions funnel metrics, and overall marketing ROI.&nbsp;</p></div>\n",
