The primary emphasis lies in guaranteeing the correct return of merchandise to the sales floor, maintaining well-stocked shelves, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and appealing presentation. Additionally, delivering exceptional customer service is also a vital aspect of this role.</p>\n<p> Greet customers within a ten-foot radius, creating a welcoming atmosphere.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.</li>\n <li>Provide unwavering high-quality customer service to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.</li>\n <li>Organize, restock, and arrange products for effective displays.</li>\n <li>Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all featured products and their specific store locations.</li>\n <li>Complete the daily department recovery process for your assigned departments.</li>\n <li>Maintain the department’s cleanliness and organization, including wiping down shelves and sweeping beneath them.</li>\n <li>Adhere to Indoor Merchandising Guide standards specific to the relevant department.</li>\n <li>Ensure bathrooms are consistently clean and well-maintained.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a strong understanding of safety protocols and optimal techniques for handling materials.</li>\n <li>Use general office equipment such as telephone, copy machine, fax machine, calculator, computer.</li>\n <li>Operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment. </li>\n <li>Participate in cross-training for flexibility in various departments and responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars.
