This role requires a strong understanding of electrical principles, proficiency with test equipment, and a keen ability to troubleshoot and diagnose faults to ensure products meet all quality and performance standards.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform comprehensive electrical tests and functional checks on wire harnesses, PCBs, and panel wiring assemblies.</li>\n<li>Utilize a range of test equipment, including digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, continuity testers, and dedicated test fixtures.</li>\n<li>Read and interpret engineering schematics, technical drawings, and detailed test procedures to accurately execute test plans.</li>\n<li>Identify, troubleshoot, and diagnose electrical failures and defects, documenting findings clearly and accurately.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with engineering and production teams to report issues, provide feedback, and support the implementation of corrective actions.</li>\n<li>Maintain meticulous records of all test results and non-conformance reports.</li>\n<li>Ensure all test equipment is calibrated and maintained according to schedule.</li>\n<li>Perform manual checks and visual inspections of products for physical defects or errors before, during, and after testing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills and Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as an electrical test technician.</li>\n<li>Direct experience with the testing of wire harnesses, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and panel wiring.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in using standard electrical test and measurement equipment.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair electrical faults.</li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.</li>\n<li>Experience with prototype or first-run product testing is highly desirable.</li>\n<li>A strong willingness to learn new technologies and processes.</li>\n</ul>",
