          "text": "<p><strong>AECOM</strong>&#xa0;is currently seeking a dynamic&#xa0;<strong>Client Service Leader (CSL)&#xa0;</strong>to grow and steward AECOM’s municipal water presence in Greater Boston.</p><p>The ideal candidate will own relationships, strategy, and delivery excellence for multiple cornerstone municipal water utilities in the region, partnering with our technical, operations, and marketing teams to drive sustained growth in drinking water, wastewater, conveyance, and water resources.</p><p>We are seeking a highly qualified individual who will combine market strategy, seller-doer leadership, and technical credibility in urban conveyance and treatment to position AECOM as the partner of choice.</p><p><strong><u>Success Metrics (first 12–18 months)</u></strong></p><p>• Account growth aligned to regional targets with improved hit rate on priority pursuits.<br>\n• Robust qualified pipeline with clear pre-positioning strategies and capture plans.<br>\n• High client satisfaction (survey feedback, repeat work, references).<br>\n• Strong collaboration across technical, operations, and marketing teams with visible pursuit discipline.</p><p>The job responsibilities for the position will include but are not limited to:</p><p>• Lead strategic account planning: relationship mapping, annual/quarterly growth plans, and opportunity roadmaps for anchor municipal water utilities in Greater Boston.<br>\n• Own capture from pre-positioning through negotiation: set win themes, shape scope, build pursuit teams, guide solutioning, and ensure proposals are compelling, compliant, and client aligned.<br>\n• Drive portfolio growth: build a high-quality pipeline, forecast and prioritize pursuits, improve hit rates, and coordinate go/no-go rigor with leadership.<br>\n• Partner with technical leaders to deliver excellence across planning, design, and program delivery for conveyance and treatment in dense urban systems.<br>\n• Anticipate market drivers and translate them into client strategies and offerings.<br>\n• Champion client satisfaction: set expectations, maintain governance rhythms, close feedback loops, and proactively resolve issues.<br>\n• Inspire and coach seller-doers, capture managers, and marketing partners; foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.<br>\n• Advance AECOM differentiation through digital delivery, asset management, program management, and sustainability/resilience solutions.<br>\n• Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline hygiene, and timely reporting aligned to regional business targets.<br>\n• Work independently with executive-level poise and exceptional written and verbal communication.</p>",

          "text": "<p><u>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</u></p><ul><li>BA/BS in Civil&#xa0;Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field + 10&#xa0;years of related experience&#xa0;or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.</li><li>Experience in municipal water/wastewater consulting with proven success leading major urban utility accounts.</li><li>Demonstrated wins on multi-year IDIQ/task-order, on-call, or capital program pursuits.</li><li>Strong technical grounding in conveyance and treatment planning/design for urban systems.</li><li>Deep understanding of Massachusetts/New England public procurement and regulatory context.</li><li>Track record of client-facing leadership, pursuit strategy, and multidisciplinary team orchestration.</li><li>Valid U.S Driver's License and as a condition of employment, must pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records Review.</li></ul><p><u>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</u></p><ul><li>Master's Degree&#xa0;in Civil&#xa0;Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field&#xa0;</li><li>Professional Engineer licensed in Massachusetts</li><li>Experience with program/portfolio management, CM/PM, and digital delivery workflows.</li><li>Familiarity with funding and regulatory drivers.</li><li>Business development/capture training a plus.</li><li>Established Greater Boston network with municipal water/wastewater stakeholders.</li></ul>",
