Through our brands, TRIB3 and PILAT3S, we’re on a mission to make boutique group exercise more accessible, worldwide.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role:</span>  The Assistant Master Trainer (20-hours) supports the ongoing delivery and development of the PILAT3S product. Acting as a brand ambassador within our network, this role assists ensuring the PILAT3S experience is delivered consistently and to the highest standard. Responsibilities include: </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the creation of class programming and music curation to ensure the product remains fresh on-brand and engaging.<br></li>\n<li>Lead instructor recruitment, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.</li>\n<li>Deliver training academies and drive ongoing instructor development, ensuring instructors have the knowledge to deliver the PILAT3S product to the highest standard.</li>\n<li>Support the creation and delivery of training and product content, including educational materials and more.</li>\n<li>Conduct studio visits, audits and ad hoc reviews to ensure compliance across studios.<br></li>\n<li>Support new studio setups to ensure all studio touchpoints are in place to deliver the full PILAT3S experience.</li>\n<li>Act as a brand ambassador by promoting PILAT3S and building your own personal following as an Assistant Master Trainer.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About You</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of Pilates-based movement, the benefits and the PILAT3S brand.</li>\n<li>Confident and personable communicator with the ability to upskill fellow instructors.<br></li>\n<li>Organised and punctual; with excellent admin skills.</li>\n<li>Professional appearance and demeanour – willing to receive and deliver feedback.</li>\n<li>Ability to foster strong relationships and engage with people from all backgrounds and demographics.</li>\n<li>Must speak fluent English.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
