This role focuses on enhancing the patient's experience through proactive engagement, effective problem-solving, and collaboration with clinical and administrative leadership. The Service Excellence Advocate is responsible for resolving patient and family concerns, ensuring that feedback is appropriately acted upon, and fostering a patient-centered environment that aligns with organizational goals.</p>\n<h2>Experience Required</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3-5 years preferred</li>\n <li>Customer service experience in a hospital setting is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma required</li>\n <li>Bachelors preferred</li>\n <li>Significant Patient Advisor/Advocate experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degreePreferred speaks Spanish/ability to translate medical information</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>License/Certification Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Significant Patient Advisor/Advocate experience in a healthcare setting may be considered in lieu of licensure/certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary Min ($)</h2>USD $29.00\n<h2>Salary Max ($)</h2>USD $48.00",
