Some of the industries served include plastics, laser, heat treating, food processing, machine tool, plating, anodizing, chemical, die casting, optical coating, and printing.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>The Material handler performs various duties to transport material throughout the manufacturing facility and process inventory transactions to maintain accurate inventory records.</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Unload, receive, and inspect incoming materials, verifying shipments against purchase orders for accuracy, shortages, or damages.&nbsp;</li><li>Safely operate forklifts to efficiently load and unload trucks.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and process all shipment, transfer, receipt, and pick paperwork accurately.&nbsp;</li><li>Accurately pick parts for orders using established picklists.&nbsp;</li><li>Handle all material returns efficiently, ensuring proper documentation.&nbsp;</li><li>Execute material transactions using “scan to transact” technology.&nbsp;</li><li>Package materials securely to prevent damage during transit.&nbsp;</li><li>Transport materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility using lift trucks.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in other departments or areas as assigned.</li></ul>",
