Reporting to the Senior VP of Mission Critical Operations, you will drive operational excellence, strategic growth, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager (Field Ops), Pre-Construction Manager (Pre-Con, Estimating, BIM), and Program Managers (Safety, Quality) will report to the Division Vice President. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety &amp; Compliance:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure OSHA, NFPA &amp; NEC compliance<br></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operations &amp; Planning:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee project execution, scheduling, cost control, and resource allocation</li>\n<li>Develop business plans, staffing forecasts, and equipment strategies</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Staff Management:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the training, mentorship, and evaluations 200+ team members</li>\n<li>Foster a culture of accountability, development, and high performance</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Management:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain project schedules, resolve issues, and uphold quality standards</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sales &amp; Growth:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate on sales forecasts, marketing strategy, and competitive analysis</li>\n<li>Pursue new business and cultivate customer relationships</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Equipment &amp; Inventory:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the management of tools, materials, and inventory levels to minimize loss</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer Relations:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as primary division contact for clients—ensuring prompt issue resolution and service excellence</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Position offers a full suite of employee benefit options including 401k Match.</li>\n<li>Annual Base Salary plus Bonus based upon these targets: Safety, Orders, Profit, Off-Site Construction and personal performance rating. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications &amp; Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> Minimum 15 years in electrical construction, with at least 5 years managing $100 M+ P&amp;L</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span> High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Competencies:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Expert knowledge of NEC, construction specs, and contract negotiation</li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office, Spectrum, Accubid, Bluebeam</li>\n<li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic-planning abilities</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Other Requirements:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel/overnight as needed</li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in both office and field environments</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Ace Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any applicant or employee on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
