    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>SUMMARY </strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Mortenson is currently seeking a <strong>Laborer Journeyman</strong> that will be responsible for the preparation, handling, and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Load and unload equipment&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Erect and dismantle scaffolding (5X7X16) and staging&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Level ground for scaffolding&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Tend mortar and grout&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Lift, unload, move, set, and shovel mortar and grout between wheelbarrows and buckets&nbsp;</li>\n <li>General cleanup and clearing of debris, including sweeping, cleaning, washing, and unloading or burning debris&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Place, push, pull, and shovel concrete&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Vibrate concrete&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Provide work direction and guidance to Laborer I, II, Helpers, and Apprentice&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels&nbsp;</li>\n <li>All other duties as assigned&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Completion of two-year apprenticeship program&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience in construction preferred&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to work with tools and equipment such as power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, and jackhammers; forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong teamwork orientation; positive attitude and professional customer service skills; detail orientation; active listening skills and effective communication, including an openness to diverse input and feedback&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements&nbsp;</li>\n <li>*Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Please note: this position description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of the duties and responsibilities of the position.
