Key Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers by driving satisfaction, retention, adoption, and measurable value.
Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and align Benchmark Gensuite solutions to their business goals.
Create and manage simple customer success plans covering priorities, milestones, risks, early wins, and success metrics.
Identify renewal, expansion, and deeper-engagement opportunities based on customer needs, usage, and adoption maturity.
Coordinate with delivery, support, product, and commercial teams to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
Proactively monitor customer health, adoption gaps, and value realization to help customers achieve long-term success.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field. A Master’s Degree in Business Administration is an added advantage.
5–6 years of experience in the EHS, Sustainability, Compliance, Risk Management, or related domain, preferably in a customer-facing role.
Experience working with EHS software platforms, digital tools, or enterprise systems supporting safety, sustainability, or compliance initiatives preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to be flexible and
Ability to prioritize, execute projects, and manage time
Empathetic, customer-first
Strong communication interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and
Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules and
