    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Summary</strong> The Lead person role is to provide direction and support to ensure all tasks and objectives are completed successfully.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge and understanding of all tasks within a department.</li>\n <li>Using tools such as a hook, knife and equipment to safely and properly dress carcasses.</li>\n <li>Communicate with employees and management to quickly and effectively resolve production issues or concerns.</li>\n <li>If contamination is present, use a hook and knife to remove any visible contamination.</li>\n <li>Follow proper sanitation procedures</li>\n <li>NOTE: this description is not intended to be all inclusive. An employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization; these duties are considered marginal.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications (Required):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18 years of age or older.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a humid, hot, wet, slippery, or moving surface at varied heights in and around moving equipment and parts with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience/knowledge of manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>Previous heavy machinery experience in manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>Previous agriculture production/ beef plant experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be attentive to detail.</li>\n <li>Ability to work safely, wear PPE, and follow instructions.</li>\n <li>Ability to attend work consistently.</li>\n <li>Always be aware of your surroundings.</li>\n <li>Follow all safety, food safety, animal welfare and sanitary dress procedures.</li>\n <li>Ability to work safely, wear PPE, and follow instructions.</li>\n <li>Ability to attend work consistently.</li>\n <li>Able to stand for lengthy periods of time.</li>\n <li>Display strong work ethic.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
