The Location Manager will be required to fully understand all aspects of his/her location(s), build positive relationships with the client and increase the efficiencies and business within their delivery operations. &nbsp;Relationship building with client, recruiting, and gaining 100% of client business in each location are utmost priorities.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Core Responsibilities &amp; Duties:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Focus on relationship with client in order to gain 100% of appliance delivery business&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Focus on Independent Contractor Partnerships (Profitability &amp; Compliance)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Achieve goals set forth by the client &amp;&nbsp;Hub Group Final Mile&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Develop and hold your staff accountable (if applicable)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Continuously recruit and retain Independent Contractors&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Manage claims and their processes (with FOC assistance)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>P&amp;L Management (Controllables)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Delivery Expense (Minimums / effective routing, support expense)</li>\n <li>Operating Expenses (Operation Supplies, Truck Use, Uniforms charge back, MC Support Travel, Uncollected Debt)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Warehouse Expense (Contracted Labor, Inventory variances)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Administrative Expense (Hourly, Contract Admin, Office Supplies, Recruitment, Travel &amp; Meals)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Achieve Location Margin goals&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Rental car vs mileage reimbursement&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with the DIA, DIM and client staff&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Lead Daily Stand-ups (Short, Effective and informative meetings) – (Document and include feedback in recap)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Weekly ride behinds in field with teams to ensure client satisfaction and training – (Document and include in recap)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Showroom visits as needed in order to build/maintain relationship with client&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain tote inventory and hold BP’s accountable (trade stock)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Enforce and adhere to company policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Responsible for loadout / warehouse oversight of QC with getting teams off dock&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Actively route monitor teams from the road (see SOP for details)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Hold Weekly Operations Meetings with the DIA to review aging invoices and any issues/goals – (Document and include in recap)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Hold BP meetings as needed to review claims, settlements, compliance, etc.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Participate in Client and internal conference calls&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Provide Weekly updates on your locations.
