This ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of general maintenance of facilities including plumbing and general 'handyman' skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits We Offer:</strong></p><p>Full-time, consistent schedule</p><p>Paid Christmas week off after 6 months of employment</p><p>401(k) with company match</p><p>Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance</p><p>Short- and long-term disability coverage</p><p>Six paid holidays + 80 hours of paid time off annually</p><p>Tuition Reimbursement up to 5k a year</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include </strong>(but not limited to):</p><ul><li>Repairing plumbing systems</li><li>Assist our in-house electrician in performing electrical repairs.</li><li>Perform general building cleaning and maintenance.</li><li>Fixing company equipment and tools</li><li>Repair doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building</li><li>Clean and paint interior and exterior spaces.</li><li>General maintenance of air conditioning and heating systems (certified HVAC technician will be called in where required).</li><li>Remove and Install flooring.</li><li>Assist Facilities Manager with projects such as construction, remodeling, general grounds maintenance, and other projects as needed.</li><li>Help keep the buildings and grounds clean and organized.</li><li>Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
