    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Traveling Electrical Supervisors Needed </strong></p>\n<p>Electrical Project Supervisors are an integral part of the electrical construction process and are responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and controlling the day-to-day execution of the work, progress, and performance of the project. In this role you will  also possess experience with projects involving commercial/industrial electrical construction and be responsible for the administration and control of all aspects of the Cummings site specific safety and compliance objectives. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must maintain and enforce safety policies on jobsite</li>\n <li>Willingness to travel nation wide</li>\n <li>Must have active driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report</li>\n <li>Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, with or without reasonable accommodation</li>\n <li>Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time during scheduled shifts</li>\n <li>Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, and climbing as required by job duties</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of electrical construction experience which includes leading large jobs in the Industrial/Commercial industry</li>\n <li>Can oversee a crew of 15+ electricians</li>\n <li>Ability to manage/oversee multiple projects simultaneously</li>\n <li>Active Journeyman’s License required</li>\n <li>Proficient with the National Electrical Code</li>\n <li>Exposure to Bluebeam and/or Salesforce is a plus</li>\n <li>Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including excel and familiarity with MS Teams and SharePoint</li>\n <li>Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Strong customer service skills required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>How we support you:</strong> </p>\n<p>Our environment allows you to take pride in your work, create meaningful connections, and acquire growth-based development skills.
