Ministerial staff render their work, stewardship,&nbsp;</span><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">relationships and behavior as evidence of being followers of Jesus Christ while embracing and affirming&nbsp;</span><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Mount Hermon Association, Inc.&rsquo;s (&ldquo;MHA&rdquo;) Christian mission, vision, beliefs and standards of conduct.&nbsp;</span><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">They are responsible for defining, cultivating and leading MHA&rsquo;s Christian community, conference&nbsp;</span><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">programs, and retreats.
