Every one of us is working together to make health care human again.<br /><br />Details on this opportunity below!<br /><br /> Schedule:<br /> Monday through Friday - Regular Office Hours on the day shift (flexibility with schedule is important)<br /> 24/7 accountability for Unit Operations<br /><br /> Required minimum education: <br /> Graduate of accredited school of nursing- BSN, Masters in Nursing or Related Field preferred<br /><br /> Required minimum experience: <br /> Five years Clinical Experience; leadership role experience in Acute care; Leadership experience as a Mid-Level Manager or above strongly preferred. <br /><br /> Required license/certification: <br /> RN- Licensed in the State of Texas, Certification in Nursing Administration or Clinical Area of<br /><br /> Expertise: CPR, ACLS<br /><br /> Required skills: <br /> Knowledge of industry standards: organization, theory, principles, and research processes, quality improvement and change management techniques, financial analysis, budget process and planning, accreditation and regulatory standards, strategic planning principles, ability to<br /> assess nursing care requirements based on nursing principles, scope of practice, and<br /> regulatory standards.</p><p><br />5+ to 7 years experience<br /><br /> Required minimum experience: <br /> Five years Clinical Experience; leadership role experience in Acute care; Leadership experience as a Mid-Level Manager or above strongly preferred. <br /><br /><br /></p>",
