    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary: </span></p>\n<p>The Project Architect is responsible for leading the planning, design, and coordination of architectural projects, including new construction, renovations, and expansions. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure that design solutions align with client goals, regulatory requirements, and budget constraints.</p>\n<p>The Project Architect plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, innovative design solutions while supporting efficient project execution from concept through construction. <span>This position also requires the individual be a resident in the State of Michigan with the ability to travel throughout the state to client sites and to meet project and team needs.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Organizational Values:</span></p>\n<p>We partner with organizations that place people at the center of their work. Uses a wide range of procedures to accomplish assigned objectives.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Supervisory Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p>No supervision: No supervisory responsibilities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education &amp; Experience: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution required; Master’s degree preferred</li>\n<li>Five (5+) years of relevant architectural design experience required</li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp, Enscape</li>\n<li>Proficient in architectural design principals, buildings systems, local building codes and regulations, and construction methods required.</li>\n<li>Active board licensure in State of Michigan required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Other Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and consultation skills.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.</li>\n<li>Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for architectural design</li>\n<li>Knowledge of architectural, civil, structural, and electrical disciplines; building construction; cost estimating; and building codes.</li>\n<li>Possess and demonstrate solid analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in an energetic and challenging work environment on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li>\n<li>Ability to travel throughout the state of Michigan regularly (2-3 days per week) to client sites and in-person meetings, required.</li>\n</ul>",
