font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate and direct all audio and visual elements on Sunday mornings at RHCC Columbia.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Develop and coach volunteer teams to execute all technical elements of worship ministry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Be responsible for directing the set-up of Sunday mornings at RHCC Columbia.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Assist with production meetings with the worship team and tech staff on Sunday mornings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Address areas of tech support and media repair for all large and small group gathering spaces at the Columbia campus including, but not limited to, the auditorium, family ministry environments, and meeting rooms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Participate in regularly scheduled 1 on 1 meetings with direct supervisor, as well as monthly Columbia campus meetings and monthly All-Staff meetings, unless otherwise noted.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Participate in central tech meetings and training as scheduled by the Central Production Director.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Work directly with Columbia Worship Director to plan and create worship moments and environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
