If you enjoy troubleshooting mechanical systems and working with a collaborative, high-performing team, this role is for you.</p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Machine Operation: Safely set up, run, and change over complex coating machinery, monitors, and winding consoles.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshooting: Use mechanical aptitude and curiosity to diagnose root causes of equipment malfunctions early, completing minor repairs to reduce downtime.</p></li><li><p>Quality Control: Follow strict SOP guidelines and use precision measuring tools to conduct quality inspections, ensuring products meet specifications.</p></li><li><p>Process Monitoring: Read digital gauges, meters, and flow ratios to adjust temperatures and pressures for continuous, optimal flow.</p></li><li><p>Team Collaboration: Maintain accurate digital logs while championing a \"Team Before Self\" environment to meet safe production goals.</p></li></ul>",
