Key Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail and cafe operations by creating a welcoming, customer-centric environment with a consistent focus on delivering a 6-star customer experience. Serve as a Thuma brand and product expert, designing visually appealing merchandise displays aligned with brand guidelines and key company initiatives. Manage store inventory, implement efficient stock control, and collaborate with operations and logistics to maintain optimal inventory levels. Train, develop, and supervise retail team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure efficient store operations, maintaining company standards in cash management, safety, and overall functionality. Step in for the Store Manager when needed, taking on leadership responsibilities and key decision-making. Support sales strategies and customer service improvements in partnership with the Store Manager. Assist in the cafe as needed, taking orders and serving customers with precision and care. Maintain store appearance and cleanliness daily. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support store success. What You’ll Need This job requires the ability to work in-person at the Thuma Store in Cherry Creek. This job requires availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Multiple years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role. Strong visual merchandising skills, with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of visual design principles. Proven experience with inventory management and stock control. Ability to assist in leading, motivating, and developing a team. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with both the store team and customers. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make decisions in the Store Manager's absence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Shopify, NetSuite and Gladly is a plus. Physical Requirements You are able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time You are able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques Anticipated start date: July 2026 , subject to adjustment
