Our company is growing at a rapid rate, so we have a need for technicians at our Kia store. </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to multi-task and strong and possess a strong and honest work ethic with a continuous improvement mindset.</span><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Flat rate available</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Communicates with customers to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems and to discuss present and/or future repair requirements. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Test drives vehicles and tests components and systems utilizing equipment such as infrared engine analyzers, compression gauges and computerized diagnostic devices. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Inspects vehicles for damage and records findings to ensure the necessary repairs can be made. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Tests and adjusts repaired systems and equipment to meet manufacturer's performance specifications, ensuring proper and safe operation. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Estimates the cost of service and repairs while reviewing work orders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Collaborates with other service team members and service manager to provide excellent service. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Performs routine and scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups while utilizing checklists to ensure all proper components are examined. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Able to recognize and safeguard PI</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Prepare or perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Compensation and Benefits: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Competitive compensation packages</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Two weeks of paid time off to start, with paid holidays</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Comprehensive Health, Dental and Vision insurance plans</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">401(K), Roth 401(K) and company match</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Employee discounts</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why work for us?</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">We're a family owned company who for over 30 years has provided professional, honest and impeccable service to Massachusetts and our surrounding communities.
