    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p>The BIM Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining Building Information Models (BIM) for audiovisual (AV), security, and structured cabling systems across interior commercial and mission-critical projects. This role ensures accurate model development, clash coordination, and alignment with project requirements, construction schedules, and industry standards.
