Primary responsibilities will be to manage and oversee tree trimming, maintenance and removal of trees on Commercial, Industrial and Government sites across NJ. This position also requires the applicant to possess the ability to help upsell, build out and grow our tree division. At various times of the year the applicant will also be required to support other Landscape and Snow Removal operations in the company.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>We Provide&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Year-round employment with Salary $60,000-$65,000 Starting range based on experience&nbsp;</li><li>Snow Differential pay</li><li>Company vehicle</li><li>Health/Dental/Vision Insurance Program</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Compensation for CEU programs to maintain license&nbsp;</li><li>Company cell phone&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities and Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must have valid NJ Drivers License</li><li>Must be able to pass Background Check</li><li>Must currently hold a Valid NJ LTCO or LTE License</li><li>Must be able to perform all aspects of tree work, climbing, removal, stump grinding, trimming, pruning etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Must know and follow local requirements for permitting and working with shade tree commissions, as well as obtaining permits when required</li><li>Ensure all operations are carried out on budget, cost-effective way</li><li>Plan and maintain a company safety program around tree operations</li><li>Improve tree operational processes and best practices</li><li>Work with Account Management team to identify opportunities, estimate and propose tree work&nbsp;</li><li>Proven work experience as a Tree Care Supervisor/Manager&nbsp;</li><li>Understand and Abide by all Laws and Regulations</li><li>Knowledge of Products Available for applications required</li><li>Experience with Planning/Scheduling with on-site crews and Clients</li><li>Familiarity with procurement of supplies, PPE and equipment needed</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational and record keeping skills, be able to file and report to state as required</li><li>Leadership ability, must be able to teach and train others</li><li>Ability to use Microsoft office, word and excel</li><li>Bi-lingual a plus</li></ul></div></div>\n    </div>\n  </div>\n",
