Additionally, eligible employees may apply for job openings through PRMG’s Internal and External Job Portal to request a transfer to a different department or position.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>Responsible for post-funding customer service and daily operations of all servicing related issues. Ensure compliance with all service-related company and investor policies and procedures. The duties for Interim Loan Servicing Specialist III include, but are not limited to, those described below.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and resolve complex servicing issues related to mortgage loan accounts. </li>\n <li>Review and process loan transactions, payment adjustments, corrections, and account reconciliations. </li>\n <li>Conduct research and analysis to resolve servicing discrepancies and borrower inquiries. </li>\n <li>Monitor servicing activities to ensure compliance with company policies and investor guidelines.</li>\n <li>Maintains department procedures and communicates with clients to ensure efficient transfer of servicing, accurate payment posting, remitting to investors and timely reporting.</li>\n <li>Perform quality reviews of servicing transactions and customer communications. </li>\n <li>Identify trends, servicing issues, and process improvement opportunities.  </li>\n <li>Assist with developing and updating procedures and training materials. </li>\n <li>Participate in testing and implementation of servicing system enhancements. </li>\n <li>Serve as a mentor and resource for Mortgage Servicing Specialists I and II. </li>\n <li>Assist management with special projects and departmental initiatives. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Five to seven years of experience with mortgage servicing, loan documentation and/or loan processing.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of regulations and guidelines governing mortgage servicing.</li>\n <li>High school diploma</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong interpersonal communication and business-relationship skills.</li>\n <li>Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills. </li>\n <li>Technologically proficient in MS windows software.                   </li>\n <li>Proven negotiating skills and forecasting capabilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Min</h2>USD $48,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Max</h2>USD $52,000.00/Yr.",
