    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Come join our amazing team and work Remote !</strong></span></p><p><span>Provides Processing and Sales support for loan applications received from Wholesale Loan Brokers. &nbsp;Works with assigned Account Manager(s) to facilitate the management of the loan applications from submission to closing. &nbsp;Performs all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $50,000.00 to $55,000.00.</span></p><p><span><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li><span>Functions as an additional point of contact and support between Broker Partners and the various departments and individuals within the company throughout the process of the loan;&nbsp; includes but not limited to Account Executive(s), Underwriting, Quality Control, Senior Account Manager and Funding.</span></li><li><span>Secures required documentation needed to satisfy the conditions of the loan. Items include but are not limited to WVOE, transcripts, gift donor verifications, CPA verification, VOM/VOR verifications, SSA certification procurement, etc.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Accurately reviews and understands documentation to ascertain if it will satisfy conditions.</span></li><li><span>Function as back up to Account Manager(s) by monitoring incoming documents from Broker via email and web platform to ensure premium customer service is received.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Proactively monitors and makes outbound calls on pipeline to ensure timely funding of loans.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Meets with Account Managers regarding their pipelines and updates the Account Manager daily as to outstanding items.</span></li><li><span>Informs the Account Manager and Account Executive about any discrepancies including but not limited to the title, appraisals, credit, employment, income and other related items in the loan file.</span></li><li><span>Proactively updates loan data accurately.</span></li><li><span>Ensures compliance deadlines are met with regards to pre-disclosures, approval letters, cancellations, NOIs and adverse actions.</span></li><li><span>Proactively updates loan data accurately.</span></li><li><span>Appropriately documents loan file as needed with communication to ensure all parties have a running history of events throughout the life of the loan.</span></li><li><span>Responsible for excellent customer service to internal and external customers.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>What you'll need:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li><span>Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>High attention to detail</span></li><li><span>Ability to maintain highly confidential information concerning loan applicants&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.</span></li><li><span>Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing</span></li><li><span>Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and handle detailed assignments</span></li><li><span>Strong customer service skills</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of RESPA/TILA regulations as it pertains to TRID or ability to learn</span></li><li style=\"color:black;\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;letter-spacing:-.1pt;\">Prior customer service in an office environment required.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;letter-spacing:-.1pt;\">Prior experience of at least one year in the mortgage industry preferred.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;letter-spacing:-.1pt;\">Experience working with NonQM, FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional loans preferred.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;letter-spacing:-.1pt;\">Loan origination system experience, particularly E360 preferred.</span></span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Our Company:</strong></span></p><p><span>Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending&nbsp;is part of The Carrington Companies.
