This role involves ensuring the execution of Trax’s audit process, identifying and addressing exceptions, and meeting customer-level metric targets. This role will allocate tasks, conduct planning sessions, and engage with carriers and customers to ensure high-quality service delivery. Monitoring team performance and providing mentorship and coaching are also key aspects of the role.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Lead a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors managing client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring the effective execution of Trax’s comprehensive audit process to identify and resolve audit exceptions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Prioritize tasks for the team, communicate progress and achievements, and ensure timely completion of train schedule deliverables.</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct weekly planning sessions, utilizing KPI reports and scorecards to maintain consistent audit operations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Consistently achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements.</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and objectives, ensuring high-quality service delivery.</span></li>\n<li><span>Act as the primary escalation point for carriers and customers, providing prompt responses to their requests or feedback.</span></li>\n<li><span>Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity across operations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Identify non-standard processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and enhance efficiency.</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop and regularly update process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions in Trax SharePoint or other standard document repositories.</span></li>\n<li><span>Prepare for and participate in audit reviews and hold team meetings to evaluate past performance and plan for future improvements.</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor and manage individual and team performance, conducting regular performance reviews and providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to team members.</span></li>\n<li><span>Inspire and motivate team members, fostering a positive team dynamic and a culture of continuous improvement.</span></li>\n<li><span>All other responsibilities assigned by immediate supervisor, based on business needs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with relevant software and systems</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience in logistics, financial analysis, with exposure to ERP/MRP systems and customer management is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent interpersonal skills, being a proactive, dependable, and results-oriented team player.</span></li>\n<li><span>High level of professionalism and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work in a shifting schedule to provide 24/5 coverage.</span></li>\n</ul>",
