We’re looking for energetic and enthusiastic Servers to join our team and keep the margaritas flowing!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">POSITION SUMMARY</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each server's primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time they will want to return again and again, while upholding a Good Egg Dining Group's mission to positively impact lives by building enduring memories and multi-generational relationships through a dedication to executional excellence, intentional service, extreme hospitality, and culinary trust.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS &amp; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to personally take care of them. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Inform guests of specials and menu changes. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Know all table numbers and seat positions. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain clean service areas. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Between seatings, promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check the floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange table top. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">QUALIFICATIONS </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must be 21 years of age or older.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must have basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must have average to above average knowledge regarding beer, wine and spirits. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Frequent use of hands and arms, and constitution to work in standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 pounds. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and dining room personnel. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A passion for EXTREME HOSPITALITY. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><br>Why Work With Us</span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 12pt\">At Barrios, we take pride in creating a workplace that feels both fast-paced and supportive.
