    "description": "<h2>Job Purpose</h2>\n<p>The Senior DTP Specialist plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, visually compelling documents and publications that meet global standards and client expectations. This position is responsible for managing complex desktop publishing projects from concept to completion, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across multiple languages and formats. The ideal candidate combines expert-level proficiency in design and layout tools with a meticulous eye for detail and a strong understanding of print and digital production workflows.</p>\n<p>As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior DTP staff, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including localization, design, and project management, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and output quality</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Description: Sr. DTP Specialist</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Good skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Ms-Word and PowerPoint. </li>\n <li>Experience in Localization industry/projects is a must. (This means candidates should have worked on different languages in InDesign, MS Word, OCR Tasks and performing QA).</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Acrobat Professional, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, OCR process is preferred.</li>\n <li>Should be good at managing a team of 5-7 people.</li>\n <li>Ability to meet fast turnaround deadlines in financial or life science projects.</li>\n <li>Expertise in Communication: The candidate should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Effective communication is crucial for conveying messages clearly, collaborating with colleagues, and engaging with stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Comfortable to work in night shift (8.30 PM – 5.30 AM India time). </li>\n <li>Good IQ level and ability to take independent decisions.</li>\n <li>Should have experience of arranging trainings to the team members.</li>\n <li>Tenacious and resourceful problem-solver with deep analysis skills.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of creating scripts for Adobe tools would be preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience – 5 to 10 years</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Candidates Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Candidates should understand Windows/MAC environment, knowledge of email, MS - Office and the Internet.</li>\n   <li>Understand the concept of working with Financial project and deep formatting knowledge of financial tables.</li>\n   <li>Template creation.</li>\n   <li>Experience of using Citrix, VPN, and any other application knowledge.</li>\n   <li>Working experience in Localization DTP, Formatting text, quality checks.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Life at RWS</h2>\n<p>At RWS, we’re here for one purpose: unlocking global understanding.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a unique, world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content, and intellectual property services, we remove the barriers to communication to make global connection possible.
