To learn more about who we are, visit www.discoveryco-op.crs&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Liquor Store Manager you will Be primarily responsible for providing exceptional level of customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient operation. Must adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as all regulatory requirements relating to the service and/or sale of alcohol. Your duties will include:&nbsp;</p><p>•<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Assisting the Liquor Store Managers with providing daily supervision and direction to the liquor store teams and with the establishment of priorities for team members on a daily basis and provides follow up.</p><p>•<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Responsible for providing information, assistance, and exceptional customer service to all customers and responding to general customer inquiries and be familiar with in store promotions, bulletins, and updates.</p><p>•<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Promoting and ensuring all company, safety, environmental and regulatory policies and procedures are met, including responsible sale/service and safe handling/storage of alcohol.&nbsp;</p><p>•<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Receiving deliveries and completing required documentation including checking and receiving packing slips when unloading orders to ensure orders are correct.</p><p>•<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Performing basic data entry and updating of product information to accurately report inventory levels.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Why it matters:</strong></p><p>Our people help create legendary experiences for our guests and members shopping at our locations.<span>&nbsp;</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Who you are:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>You are looking for a career in Management with a focus in the Liquor Division and have:&nbsp;</p><p>•<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Grade 12 or equivalent.</p><p>•<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Previous supervisory experience preferred.</p><p>•<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Co-operative retail experience is an asset.</p><p>•<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Strong customer service, communication and proficient time management skills are considered an asset.</p><p>•<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Must be at least 19 years of age.</p><p>•<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Has strong problem-solving skills and is able to remain calm under pressure</p><p>•<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Possesses strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.</p><p>•<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Must successfully complete provincially required training/certification relating to the responsible service and/or sale of alcohol (ex.
