    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Summary of Position</u></strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Responsible for operation of CNC mills and lathes.</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for daily warm up and shut down of machine.</li><li>Use jog control and MPG (Manual Pulse Generator).</li><li>Responsible to inspect, replace, and set tooling.</li><li>Read and interpret drawings to determine dimensions of critical features to confirm accurate finished work pieces.</li><li>Load and unload fixtures.</li><li>Perform basic routine maintenance functions on equipment.</li><li>Perform inspection of own work using go and no-go gauge to ensure few or no mistakes are made in the assembly of the product.</li><li>Communicate with supervisor, engineers, production control, quality, and other manufacturing personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues.</li><li>Produces the required quantity of parts and/or product to meet established daily goals.</li><li>Utilize company ERP system to track product through the production line.</li><li>Maintain sound working knowledge and application of firearm safety.</li><li>Complete all required paperwork timely and accurately.</li><li>Adhere to all employment policies/safety policies/practices required by law/established by Company.</li><li>Wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment as always directed by Company.</li><li>Immediately report any maintenance and/or safety issues to supervisor.</li><li>Demonstrate a positive attitude towards co-workers, other departments, and the Company.</li><li>Maintain respect, courtesy and professionalism towards all co-workers and the Company.</li><li>Actively participate and support the 5S process by maintaining a clean workstation and department.</li><li><strong><em>Other duties assigned as required.</em></strong></li></ul><p><u><strong>Qualifications &amp;&nbsp;</strong></u><strong><u>Knowledge&nbsp;</u></strong><u><strong>Required</strong></u></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. &nbsp;These requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. &nbsp;Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><ul><li>Ability to use precision measuring instruments, including but not limited to, calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gauges, indicators, and scales (preferred)</li><li>Ability to use tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, fixtures, inserts, and other accessories used on various CNC machines(preferred)</li><li>Prior CNC operator experience preferred.</li><li>General mechanical ability is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of and experience with hand tools</li><li>Adhere to essential functions of position such as attendance and timeliness.</li><li>Ability to accept and follow directions.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Working Conditions</u></strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Work is normally performed throughout a heated manufacturing and warehouse facility. Exposure to conditions of extreme heat/cold, poor ventilation, fumes and gases is very limited. Noise level is moderate and includes sounds of light manufacturing, shipping and receiving, and normal office equipment (computers, telephones, etc.).
