Position Overview
The Educational Technology Integrator supports the thoughtful integration of instructional technology, artificial intelligence, and emerging tools across teaching and learning. Reporting to the Director of Educational Technology & Information Services, this role partners with faculty, curriculum leaders, and students to strengthen classroom practice, promote responsible technology use, and align digital learning initiatives with schoolwide academic goals and best practices.
Job Responsibilities
Report to the Director of Educational Technology & Information Services and support technology integration, AI adoption, and digital learning initiatives across faculty and campuses. Support the integration of AI, instructional technology, and emerging tools into teaching, learning, research, assessment, and student work. Partner with faculty to design, co-teach, model, and support technology- and AI-enhanced lessons aligned with curriculum goals and instructional priorities. Promote responsible technology and AI use, critical thinking, creativity, academic integrity, digital citizenship, and developmentally appropriate student use. Design and support research practices using Guided Inquiry Design across disciplines, projects, and signature learning experiences. Support digital research expectations, citation practices, information literacy, and responsible use of digital tools and resources. Design and offer professional learning sessions for faculty and students focused on educational technology integration, including AI literacy, instructional technology tools, responsible use, and practical classroom application. Provide faculty coaching, training, documentation, onboarding, and classroom-based support for instructional technology, AI tools, digital platforms, and emerging technologies. Collaborate with Curriculum Coordinators, department chairs, faculty, and other stakeholders to align technology integration with student learning outcomes. Support the effective use, setup, onboarding, and implementation of academic and digital platforms, including those connected to MYP or IB signature programs, as applicable. Apply guidance from leading AI education frameworks and resources, including AI4K12, Stanford’s AI + Digital Education Initiative, MIT’s Day of AI, ISTE, and other relevant organizations. Build strong relationships with faculty, students, and administrators to understand instructional needs and translate them into practical technology solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology or related field, preferred. Teaching degree or teaching experience, preferred.
