    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Danos Recruiter will support hiring efforts across multiple regions, including the Permian, Delaware, Gulf Coast, and Rockies. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a wide range of field and office positions in a high-volume recruiting environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage multiple open requisitions in a high-volume recruiting environment</li>\n <li>Review resumes and conducts initial phone screens to assess qualifications and fit.</li>\n <li>Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, ATS database searches, referrals, and direct outreach.</li>\n <li>Post open positions in the ATS system and across external job boards.</li>\n <li>Partner closely with Account Managers to review open roles, hiring priorities, and candidate needs on a regular basis.</li>\n <li>Support recruiting efforts across regions as needed, stepping in to assist wherever workload demands</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or administrative support required.</li>\n <li>Oil and gas industry knowledge or related experience strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills and professional phone presence.</li>\n <li>Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload.</li>\n <li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems, ATS platforms, and recruiting tools</li>\n <li>Reliable, flexible, and willing to support where needed</li>\n <li>Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background check, drug test, agility and fit for duty.</li>\n</ul>",
