    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">OPERATOR</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Asbell Excavating and Trucking, Inc. is currently seeking <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operators</span> with verifiable experience operating heavy equipment. The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operator</span> must be versatile in their experience on equipment, including but not limited to excavators, loaders, backhoes, bulldozers, compactors, graders, and dump trucks. The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operator</span> must be able to work extended hours and be willing to travel.  A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check is required of all successful candidates.   </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow all instructions, rules and requests of the job Supervisor, Superintendent, Division Manager and others in the chain of command.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Safeguard equipment including inspecting, cleaning and greasing as needed.
