    "description": "<p>AOI Construction Division is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team! Here, your ideas matter, your leadership makes a difference, and your work directly shapes the communities where we live and build.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the site: Direct daily functions of on-site personnel and subcontractors, serve as the on-site personnel leader, and conduct weekly safety meetings and job site inspections, keeping every project safe, organized, and moving forward.</li>\n<li>Plan for success: Study specifications, plan construction procedures, develop two-week rolling schedules, and coordinate staffing and subcontractor activities across all phases of the project.</li>\n<li>Deliver with precision: Inspect work in progress to verify conformance with plans and AOI’s quality standards; prepare daily progress reports, manage redline sets, and complete all field paperwork including purchase orders, change orders, and timecards.</li>\n<li>Build lasting relationships: Communicate proactively with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.</li>\n<li>Own the project: Manage procurement of tools and materials, oversee project closeout, mentor apprentices and lead carpenters, and enforce AOI’s standards for quality, safety, and professionalism on every job site.</li>\n<li>Safety &amp; Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance. The Superintendent is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, and navigate active construction sites including uneven terrain, ladders, and varying weather conditions. The employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more. Occasional office work is required for reporting, scheduling, and administrative tasks.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Active construction sites present exposure to noise, dust, power tools, and typical construction hazards.
