This role provides clinical leadership and therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and families within a school-based setting while promoting integrated, trauma-informed care.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The ideal candidate is passionate about improving access to behavioral health services, supporting clinicians, and building strong partnerships with schools, families, and community agencies.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>About Us</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Noble Community Clinics is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has been proudly serving Wisconsin communities for over 60 years. We are committed to providing compassionate, integrated healthcare services while improving the overall well-being of the underserved populations we serve.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities Include</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to school-based behavioral health staff</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Deliver individual, family, and group therapy services in-person and via telehealth</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and crisis intervention</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care Collaborate with schools, providers, families, and community resources to coordinate care</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain timely and accurate documentation within EPIC and ensure HIPAA compliance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support quality improvement initiatives and promote best clinical practices</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Master&rsquo;s degree in social work, Counseling, Marriage &amp; Family Therapy, or related field</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Active Wisconsin licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience working with children and adolescents in behavioral health settings</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis intervention skills</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong></strong><strong>Why Join Noble Community Clinics?</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At Noble, our mission is to improve access to quality, integrated healthcare that nurtures the well-being of all.
