The organization focuses on quality textile products, tech-enabled operations, and a strong supply chain aimed at delivering superior customer experience nationwide. The finance function is now scaling with dedicated focus on accurate reporting, compliance and profitability tracking. Role Overview The Accounts Manager – E-Commerce will take complete ownership of accounting operations, financial controls, and compliance activities for the e-commerce business unit. The role requires strong knowledge of GST, e-commerce reconciliations, cost management and month-end closures. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting for the e-commerce business in Tally ERP Oversee daily sales/purchase entries, ledgers, bank & payment reconciliations Prepare monthly/annual financial statements and MIS reports Handle GSTR-3B, GSTR-1, GSTR-2A preparation and ensure timely filing Manage debit/credit notes, receivables, payables and vendor reconciliation Conduct e-commerce platform settlements (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart etc.) Monitor inventory records, cost sheet tracking and variance analysis Assist in audits, documentation, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF/ESI) Support budgeting, cash-flow planning and cost control initiatives Maintain proper documentation and structured financial discipline Take care of Accounts Finalization Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce / Similar 3+ years of experience in accounting Strong exposure to e-commerce accounting workflows Hands-on experience in GSTR-3B/1/2A and accounts finalisation Proficiency in Tally ERP & Advanced Excel Strong analytical and reconciliation skills Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams Skills & Attributes Ownership mindset with accuracy in financial reporting Detail-oriented, process-driven approach Strong communication and time-management skills Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month 12 Paid Leaves + Festive Leaves Annual Bonus policy as per company performance Stable and structured finance environment Exposure to end-to-end e-commerce financial operations Why Join Us?
