    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>ESOP Statement:</strong> Commitment to ESOP values, strategies, goals/objectives, and merit shop philosophy to drive a world-class 1-PDC culture of safety, customer service, and quality to create above-average profitability, growth, and brand value.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Summary:&nbsp;</strong>Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, establishes and maintains Materials operations, all the tasks involved with smooth daily operations of the warehouse.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Use scanning technology and POD technology to handle materials of the warehouse</li><li>Makes deliveries to customer service locations &ndash; sales or otherwise</li><li>Receive UPS and FedEx and transfers (locations and freight entry)</li><li>Experience or willingness to learn WorldShip&nbsp;</li><li>Perform physical counts accurately</li><li>Operate machinery such as fork-lifts and portable lifts</li><li>Pulls orders (Sales/ Service Orders/ Jobs) accurately and stages them for shipment</li><li>Performs other duties as needed&nbsp;</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Ability to left 50 pounds often</li><li>Must be able to see in full color</li><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License with good driving record</li><li>Personal computer skills: Microsoft Office products (especially Excel &amp; Word), as well as inventory control software &nbsp;</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent math calculation skills</li><li>Bend, stoop, climb, stand, stretch, reach and lift arms above shoulder height repeatedly or continually over time</li><li>Must be flexible as far as hours per week to work.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum 2 years warehouse experience&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to obtain a Medical Card</li><li>Valid Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License&nbsp;</li><li>Team skills: a team player with the willingness to help others within the department, as well as within the company</li><li>Good attendance history</li><li>Ability to organize and prioritize work; Ability to multi-task</li><li>Independence skills: a self-starter with the ability to work efficiently on their own</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div>\n",
