          "text": "<p><strong>Newly Barred Intake Attorney (Employment Law) (Bilingual Spanish)</strong></p><p><strong>Why This Role Is Different</strong></p><p>This is not your typical behind-the-scenes legal role. As the first attorney a prospective client speaks with, you’ll be making high-stakes, high-impact decisions right from the start. This position blends legal expertise, strategic assessment, and client engagement — all in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You’ll help people understand their rights, determine if they have a viable case, and guide them toward representation.</p><p>In addition to handling consultations, you’ll also represent the firm at large events with the team — speaking directly with clients, answering their questions, and building trust in person.
