This role leads production teams, coordinates cross-functional communication, and drives continuous improvement to meet operational and customer delivery goals.</p><p>Scope &amp; Responsibilities</p><p>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;<br>&bull; Perform assigned duties in accordance with documented procedures and work instructions</p><p>Production Planning &amp; Execution&nbsp;<br>&bull; Plan and schedule daily production activities to meet delivery and operational targets&nbsp;<br>&bull; Track production orders and ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) goals are achieved&nbsp;<br>&bull; Verify work order instructions and address any discrepancies or delays&nbsp;<br>&bull; Coordinate rework orders and update shipping schedules in collaboration with sales</p><p>Operations &amp; Process Management&nbsp;<br>&bull; Track and manage chemical control and changes for production equipment&nbsp;<br>&bull; Coordinate equipment maintenance, chemical changes, and waste disposal activities&nbsp;<br>&bull; Monitor production flow and resolve bottlenecks or operational issues&nbsp;<br>&bull; Implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste</p><p>Team Leadership &amp; Development&nbsp;<br>&bull; Provide training and onboarding for new and existing employees&nbsp;<br>&bull; Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching&nbsp;<br>&bull; Conduct performance evaluations in accordance with company policies&nbsp;<br>&bull; Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment</p><p>Cross-functional Collaboration&nbsp;<br>&bull; Communicate production issues and updates to sales, engineering, and quality teams&nbsp;<br>&bull; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements&nbsp;<br>&bull; Support execution of new product development processes and production readiness</p><p>Performance &amp; Cost Management&nbsp;<br>&bull; Monitor and control manufacturing costs, including labor and overtime&nbsp;<br>&bull; Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTD, internal reject rate, and shipping performance&nbsp;<br>&bull; Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement</p><p>Inventory &amp; Resource Management&nbsp;<br>&bull; Order raw materials, chemicals, and other production supplies as needed&nbsp;<br>&bull; Ensure adequate inventory levels to support uninterrupted production</p><p>Work Experience &amp; Skills</p><p>Education:&nbsp;<br>&bull; High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred)</p><p>Experience:&nbsp;<br>&bull; Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred&nbsp;<br>&bull; Experience in PCB, electroplating, or photo-chemical etching industries strongly preferred</p><p>Skills / Knowledge:&nbsp;<br>&bull; Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, chemical handling, and equipment operations&nbsp;<br>&bull; Experience with production planning, scheduling, and KPI management&nbsp;<br>&bull; Familiarity with wastewater treatment processes preferred&nbsp;<br>&bull; Ability to analyze production data and drive process improvements&nbsp;<br>&bull; Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP or production systems</p><p>Personal Attributes:&nbsp;<br>&bull; Strong leadership and team management skills&nbsp;<br>&bull; Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities&nbsp;<br>&bull; Results-oriented with strong organizational skills&nbsp;<br>&bull; Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment&nbsp;<br>&bull; Commitment to safety and quality</p><p>Working Conditions &amp; Physical Requirements (if applicable)</p><p>&bull; Work is primarily performed in a manufacturing environment&nbsp;<br>&bull; Requires sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes&nbsp;<br>&bull; Ability to lift up to 25+ pounds&nbsp;<br>&bull; May require extended periods of standing or sitting&nbsp;<br>&bull; Requires pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and lifting&nbsp;<br>&bull; Ability to operate a forklift&nbsp;<br>&bull; Knowledge and adherence to chemical safety and hazardous material handling requirements&nbsp;<br>&bull; Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities</p><p>Compliance Statements</p><p>Equal Opportunity Employer&nbsp;<br>Equal Opportunity Employer: Disability/Veteran</p><p>ITAR Requirements</p><p>This position may include access to information that is subject to U.S. export controls.
