Through our residential and placement services in the community, we help individuals learn the skills needed for independent living and making meaningful life choices. We provide supportive settings in comfortable home environments and ensure that individuals have access to services that are appropriate to their developmental level, and cognitive, emotional, and social abilities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for caring and compassionate people who want to work in a 4-bed IDD/ASD adult male group home setting. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.</li>\n <li>Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders <strong>preferred</strong>.</li>\n <li><strong>Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
