    "description": "<p><span>This role will be based in France and will report to the Head of HSQE. The HSQE Manager FR&amp;BE will be responsible to ensure compliance with the sector industry and regulatory requirements while proactively identifying and mitigating risks associated to the Company’s operations, and for overseeing and implementing HSQE documentation.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>The HSQE Manager will work closely with the HSQE Team, Asset Management, Asset Excellence and Asset Maintenance Teams, consultants and contractors, and support  the growth of the Organization in France and Belgium by implementing strategies to promote a safe and sustainable work place, with minimal impact on the environment and ongoing works.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\">Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"> </span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Develop and implement H&amp;S Plan and Environmental Plan for projects and procedures for Ventient Energy France &amp; Belgium;</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"> </span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Conduct site inspections and audits, assess risks, and identify potential hazards;</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"> </span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Provide training to workers on safety and environmental practices;</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;
