The role will be to support business growth through budgeting and latest estimate (LE) activities, inventory control, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate accounting, tax compliance, and preparation of local financial statements in line with regulations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:<span> </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor receivables and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and collection.</li>\n<li>Perform reconciliation analysis of sales with distributors on a quarterly basis.</li>\n<li>Prepare accruals as part of the month-end closing process and work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.</li>\n<li>Recording commercial invoices and reconciling AR entries with customers and internal systems.</li>\n<li>Manage bookkeeping, taxes (WHT, income tax, social security), tax clearance, and local financial statements in compliance with local regulations.</li>\n<li>Investigate monthly and ad hoc COGS variances, including budget and forecast reporting, to identify root causes and support decision-making.</li>\n<li>Verify warehouse stock movements, including monthly scrap and write-offs, and reconcile inventory balances at month-end and year-end with necessary adjustments and system updates.</li>\n<li>manage the TMS cycle up to the gross profit level, ensuring accuracy, proper reconciliation, and compliance with reporting standards.</li>\n<li>Conduct volume-mix and price analysis to assess revenue performance and margin impact across brands and SKUs.</li>\n<li>Analyze profitability at the brand level by consolidating revenue and cost drivers.</li>\n<li>Prepare, review, and analyze distributor P&amp;L quarterly basis, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.</li>\n<li>Keeping track of the Opex and analyzing the actuals vs. benchmarks and comment on variances</li>\n<li>Ensure that Price Lists are updated with Customer Service and FOC discounts and Commercial are accurately booked each month FOC reconciliation – TMS vs IMS</li>\n<li>Work closely with Finance Manager on the Budget Exercise and coordinate with Commercial and Supply Team to collect the data</li>\n<li>Assists in preparation of management presentation decks on forecast and business performance reviews.</li>\n<li>Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance</li>\n<li>Support and maintain internal control framework activities, ensuring proper documentation and execution of walkthroughs.</li>\n<li>Demonstrates strong numerical and analytical problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of economic principles, tax regulations, and financial markets.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Your Profile:</span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">3-6 years of experience in a similar role.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Excellent command of English and Arabic language.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Post-graduate study in accounting is preferable.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Ability to analyses, develop and implement finance improvement plans.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Ability to work within and lead cross-functional teams.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Attention to details and accuracy</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Bachelor's degree in accounting /finance degree.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">This is your opportunity to join a very dynamic organization where you can actively participate in shaping our future.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\"> If this sounds exciting, we are interested in hearing more about you! </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Deadline 30 May 2026</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
