This role supervises lifeguards and campers, supports swim instruction, and ensures compliance with Michigan safety and labor regulations.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Supervise and support lifeguard staff; enforce pool rules and safety standards</p></li><li><p>Oversee daily pool operations, including opening/closing procedures and chemical testing</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper staffing, scheduling communication, and uniform compliance</p></li><li><p>Maintain safety equipment and address staff issues professionally</p></li><li><p>Provide coverage as needed to keep the pool operating smoothly</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Current Red Cross Lifeguard Certification</p></li><li><p>2&ndash;3 years of lifeguard experience with leadership capability</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, decision-making, and safety awareness</p></li><li><p>Ability to meet Michigan background, training, and seasonal employment requirements</p></li></ul><p>Join our team and help create a safe, positive aquatic experience for our campers.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.<br/>Working 37.5 hours per week.",
