A career at Koorsen includes competitive pay, a significant health package, an annual bonus program, life insurance, continuous learning offerings, 401k, paid holidays, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, career growth opportunities, and more.</p><p><strong>SALARY UP TO $28.00 per hour DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><u><strong>Responsibilities</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Take sales calls that come into the office and selling inspections&nbsp;</li><li>Handle billing issues and support the sales team&nbsp;</li><li>Manage specific accounts strategically to ensure customer/territory retention and growth.</li><li>Perform customer surveys for any customer-related need.</li><li>Account management &ndash; handle administrative tasks such as paperwork, invoices, inspection reports, etc.</li><li>Monthly onsite visits with each customer</li><li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships.</li><li>Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally.</li><li>Open willingness to continual learning</li><li>Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices.</li><li>Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values.</li><li>Any other duties deemed appropriate by management.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><u><strong>Required</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>1-3 years of account management, administration or inside sales experience&nbsp;</li><li>Dress professionally and maintain a clean vehicle.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Pass drug and background screenings.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint&nbsp;</li></ul><p><u><strong>Physical Demands</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to sit for long periods of time.</li><li>Must be able to perform some repetitive motions while using a computer.</li><li>Exposure to outside weather conditions, temperature changes, and loud noises</li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. &nbsp;The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><u><strong>Hiring Process (in addition to an interview):</strong></u></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>New hires must complete the I-9 Verification form within three days of hire.
