      "content": "\n<li>Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using standardized and dynamic assessment tools to determine eligibility for services under IDEA, Section 504, and state standards</li>\n<li>Develop and implement individualized education programs and 504 plans with measurable, functional, and academically relevant goals</li>\n<li>Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services across language, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication domains</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress, treatment effectiveness, and session data</li>\n<li>Collaborate with special education, general education, and administrative staff to embed language-learning strategies across the school day</li>\n<li>Participate actively in IEP and ARD meetings and contribute clinical expertise to placement, progress monitoring, and eligibility decisions</li>\n<li>Maintain ASHA-compliant caseloads and ensure adherence to state and federal special education regulations</li>\n"
