    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) – School-Based</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Full-Time | The Helix School | Bay Area, CA</span></p>\n<p>The Helix School is seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">full-time, licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)</span> to join our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">school-based special education program</span> serving autistic students ages <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5–22</span> across the Bay Area. This role combines <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">direct therapy, evaluation, IEP development, and interdisciplinary collaboration</span> in a relationship-centered, neurodiversity-affirming school environment.</p>\n<p>The position reports to the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Clinical Director</span> and includes opportunities to supervise a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)</span> and occupational therapy fieldwork students.
